Elizabeth is Vice President Marketing at Caldwell Securities Ltd. with the Chartered marketer designation. In addition to her career on Bay Street, she has been a tireless advocate for financial literacy and female empowerment for over twenty-five years. Throughout those years, she has hosted numerous shows on television and on YouTube.  During COVID lockdowns, Elizabeth was asked to offer her insights over thirty times on numerous stages and platforms: From The Empire Club of Canada, the Convocation address to new graduates at her Alma Mater Mohawk College, to a Zoom call of university students needing help and advice.  

Elizabeth has served on numerous boards and committees seeking to help, educate and encourage.  She is a past member of Women In Capital Markets, NATO Council of Canada and past Board Member of The Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame. She is also on the Advisory Council of the United Macedonian Diaspora (“UMD”) & on the Board of the Macedonian Film Festival. She was on the Advisory Committee of Canadian Blood Services Partners Council and for 10 years served on the communications committee of the Investment Industry Association of Canada (“IIAC”). She has won numerous awards in recognition for her generosity and commitment to community.  She is a recipient of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Award, the Wealth Professional Magazine IFSE Financial Literacy Champion twice and was a Wealth Professional Magazine Female Trailblazer of the Year finalist.  She also received the Mohawk Alumni of Distinction Award for Creative Arts & Design after which she created the Elizabeth Naumovski Alumni of Distinction Bursary. This yearly bursary is for a single mother (or female) enrolled in any STEM course at Mohawk College.
